It may be time to do some aesthetic upgrades.

Mold was all on ceiling and wall but other than that a great experience

The only thing I would suggest would be to get a better quality of food for breakfast.

Poor service and rude waitress

Just wanted to order room service and ended up going down to the restaurant to get my food to go. Both front desk and room service line kept sending me back to the other when I called to get a menu. They took more than 30 min to get the menu to me so by then I just went down to the restaurant to get it. All of the staff was very nice though. Also, I think it's ridiculous not offer free wifi.

love embassy suites but this location i was not very impressed with. i waited 40 min for more oatmeal! i also saw some people walk in through the garage that seemed like they were not staying there...they only came in for free breakfast. i told personnel and they didn't seem to care. he said yeah people some times do that!! excuse i'm the one paying and you're not going to ask them anything??? also, we paid a higher rater to stay so that we could have breakfast included...guess what? no one is checking for room numbers!! a lady showed up later and all she did was greet. and, the one couple that walked in through the garage went right by her and she didn't even question them...so why did i pay more for my room???? i think its a scamming thing!
