Elevators very slow

We stayed on 8th floor and the water pressure in shower was so bad that family didn't all take showers. Scrambled eggs in cold!

Shower heads are to low as well as ceilings in bathroom. Air conditioning was not working properly causing the room to be stuffy. When asked to come look at the air, no one ever can. Now Wi-fi was available to us for free during he stay.
