Every single staff person we encountered at this Embassy location was amazingly friendly!!! Of special note: Darrin the bartender during the manager's reception, the waitresses during that time, and the front desk staff during Saturday afternoon checkin!

I am an honors club member and I am happy to see that the hotel is being renovated. However, we were charged our usual rate, despite the construction, leaks, noise, and dust! I think Embassy Suites should have low rates during construction for a sub-par experience.
