great hotel and great atmosphere...paying for parking is not a good thing. as a diamond member it makes me feel they are only trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me when they really dont need to charge for parking

The staff was friendly and the lobby area was nice and up to date. I am a top-tier member of the Hilton honors program and had checked in online and selected my room the day before. I arrived well after check in time and was told that my room wasn't ready so I was assigned another room on a lower floor. The room needs updating, the wallpaper was peeling, and our tub was stopped up. For the price that I paid to stay here I was expecting a much nicer room. Definitely not the quality of Embassy suites that I'm used to.

Good atmosphere for employees

The hotel seems to have been run down somewhat just in the last 6 months. Not very friendly staff to loyal diamond members. They seem to be out of everything you normally get at a normal hotel. Just dissapointing
