The air conditioning was very loud. Sounded like a train. Ran out of coffee early on. Breakfast options were very good.

Very disappointed. I stayed at this location to attend a funeral. The cleaning staff knocked on my door every morning between 8 and 8:30. I really needed to rest but after they knocked again and then again, I just left for the day. If the hotel wishes for everyone to leave early so that the rooms can be cleaned, let Guests know ahead of time and change check out to 8AM. I finally changed hotels for the last two nights of my stay.

Upon walking in very impressed with the atmosphere. . And that's where the magic ended. I was there for a conference and no one could tell me where to go other than "That way." I walked the length of the conference area (in a boot, nursing a torn Achilles' tendon) asking several staff along the way who told me they had no idea and to go read the plaques outside the conference rooms. Got "there" only to be told no it's not "there" and go back where I started. WRONG. Was told it WAS down there and to go back. After slowly getting there again, was told no again and thankfully someone heard me. Ends up it was Back in a corner, behind a welcome table/open double doors from event in room before our mtg space. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Lack of professionalism really turned me off.
