Morning Desk Clerk Is Very Professional and Nice

During my stay I had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work. The guy she front seat that I reported it too; didn't t to help at all. The next day I mentioned it to a lady and she moved us. It was greatly appreciated. Lastly, breakfast started out the best test of the over all stay, then on Sunday morning there wasn't anything ready. Wake and cereals. Very disappointing
