We had an appointment for2:00 and we were 15 minutes early but they did not start on our oil change until 2:45. This is the longest we have ever had to wait and it made our day longer than it should have been. The only explanation we got when we checked out was they had a different tech do it because we asked to have the belts and hoses checked. No one mentioned any of that while we were waiting. One employee was apparently on a conference call but had to repeatedly come out to answer the phone that rang quite awhile before it was answered. A ringing unanswered phone makes everyone in the lobby unsure of the professional practices at the store.
