Good easy experience. I used to work at Enterprise but would totally use Budget again. This is the first time I've used it, and likely will again since the value seems to match the experience. Both = good. And, our car is pretty nice, too

Employee tried to price gouge, quoting over twice the reservation price we were offered on the Internet. Went to a competitor as a result. Very dissatisfied. Will not use in the future.
