Elevator broken. Desk clerk helped with luggage to second floor room. Very nice. And unexpected.

Was meeting a family member and travelled with a dog. Staff made my wife my dog and me very comfortable. At bedtime my eyeglasses came apart And the staff tried very hard to get the lens back in. Their hard work was greatly appreciated
