My new signature room did not look/feel clean at all. Leftover soap from previous guests in shower, Half used shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, hair on bed, dirty footprints in bathroom after the maids cleaned day 2, room smelled like it was a smoking room, etc. I paid for a strip view, but instead got a view of the trashcans. The quality of restaurant and shopping options is extremely lacking compared to other resorts.
