We always have a wonderful time at Disney World. However, we were in the bathroom at Epcot at the Electric Umbrella around 5pm on May 9, 2015 and the trash cans were overflowing. When we left at 9pm, we used the bathroom to the left of the monorail at TTC (by the gift shop & bus loop) and one of the toilets had overflowed & most stalls were missing toilet paper.
