Greatest place on earth!!!! 5th time here!

Fast pass plus was an issue. We usually enjoy Disney but now that they changed the fast pass system it's made it hard getting on rides when you didn't pre pick it for a fast pass. But really I love everything about Disney world but the ride experience has made it hard to enjoy that aspect.

Bathrooms need cleaning in Epcot. Had a horrible experience at Hollywood Studios. I'm diabetic and was not feeling well. I needed food and to sit down. We went into the ABC Commissary. My family was standing in line to order food and drinks. My son went with me to sit down. As I was doing so a staff member told me I was not allowed to sit down unless I had a tray of food. She was very rude. I told her I wasn't feeling well and needed to sit down. She told me I was not allowed. So I leaned against the wall while me family was getting food. I was very upset over this. Another cast member came up to see if I was okay or could get me some water or something. I told her I wasn't feeling well and diabetic. She said "let's go talk to Shannon". Shannon was the manager. We explained to her the problem and she told me " there are seats outside if you need to sit down". My daughter came up to us as well telling her I was diabetic. Again Shannon repeated the same answer. The rest of my family came around the corner with food at that time and they allowed us to go thru. I have never had such a horrible encounter at Disney. I can understand if you are extremely busy and want to ensure your customers have a place to sit when purchasing food from the restaurant BUT the tone and words used were unacceptable especially from Disney.

The food was mediocre. The chicken nuggets tasted like KFC, but much more expensive. The drinks were so full of ice my $3 soda may have been half ice half soda with no refill. Next time I will ask for no ice. Not super pleased with food.
