Love that we can get free cups of ice water! Do not like paper straws at animal kingdom.

Everything is done with excellence & that is what separates it from other parks.

Great rides, shows, decorations, fireworks,parades, and shows. Staff friendly. Overly busy one New Years week.

As always Disney world tops no one

Curbs should be more visible at night. My wife fell and hurt her knee hip and elbow. She did not see the curb. I would suggest a greater color difference between the curb and street.

Living in Orlando most of my life, I've been to Disney multiple times. I must say though that I had the least pleasant experience with Disney staff members during this visit. Most everyone I talked to seemed extremely annoyed that I would even talk to them or ask a question. From the ticket lady to the parking lot tram person, they all had bad attitudes that were very undisney-like. I really love most everything about Disney so it's really a shame there were so many negative people representing the Disney name yesterday.
