I loved it

For the $100 admission price, the staff should have been friendlier and faster with service. We purchased tickets online but had to pick up at will call. That meant waiting in line forever to get those tickets. The server was so slow I couldn't believe we wasted 30 precious minutes of our ticket time waiting in that line! When I remarked about the long wait to the ticket agent, she was unphased and unconcerned about it! For these prices, the service should have been better. I did appreciate the handicapped option. My daughter has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental delay. Being able to skip waiting in line kept her much calmer throughout the day. So thank you for that Disney! And well done on the new rides like Ariel under the Sea. We had a great day despite the prices being too high.
