Counter service at Pinocchios was our poorest event. Chicken Caesar salad had awful chicken. Floors dirty. Windows to view Its a small World--smeared and dirty. Tables dirty. Felt really sad to say anything not up to at least average. Was hugely happy at Gastons, and the bathrooms behind this were so nice. Furniture at Saratoga Springs was worn out. Uncomfortable. Shabby sofa--food at the paddock grill was some of the best-it was hot and fresh and the workers were so friendly!

Cast members are starting to act like Walmart employees. Rude, unresponsive and unhelpful
