Bathrooms cleaner. Epcot needs renovation. Staff needs work for sensitivity

Disney is a great experience. We have been several times. This time though the staff was not nearly as friendly as they have been in the past. They were actually somewhat rude in some cases. I know the crowds are higher this time of year but I'm pretty sure they are trained to be nice.

Not as clean or great as my prior experience

Staff is not as friendly as in the past, food is more expensive than in the past. The stand by lines were way to long, not allowing the stand by lines to move forward in a timely manner.

Need to adjust fast pass - and cap parks at a certain number

Always an overall good experience. The food is just a disappointment.

Food ok. Mattresses in our rooms need to be replaced. Everyone is super friendly and overall a great experience.

Great visit with my mother.

Had an issue with our magic bands which no one seemed to be able to fix for three days causing us to have to stand in line at three different guest services lines. The friendliness of the staff was wonderful. Disappointed in the lack of character interactions but my son had a fabulous time and that was what was important.
