I really enjoyed my visit to the food and wine festival! I also enjoyed my visit to the Hollywood studio. Disney is a bit overpriced in my opinion but it is an enjoyable family experience

There's never anything wrong at Disney world, and if there is, they fix it

The special events need to be planned better. It seems to be oversold the both times we have been (Christmas and Halloween). Cast members slightly rude. We were trying to find a place for the parade and one would tell us to go to one spot then another one would get on to us for standing where we were told to stand before and this happened a few times before we just stood somewhere when the parade started. We even followed the advice of a cast member and went to frontierland. When I finally asked someone if they could take us and show us where we should be since apparently we weren't understanding the other cast members I was told that people line up an hour prior. Ok fine but I pay my extra money just like they did and I just want to know where to stand. It didn't require that kind of answer. I found her extremely rude by saying that. Also felt very overlooked at trails end on Sunday. Waiter was barely present. Took forever to get drinks and the check. With two small children that's a nightmare. Another problem was yesterday at typhoon lagoon we stood at the quick service window for 20 minutes waiting on our food without ANY acknowledgement whatsoever when there were people after us that ordered the same items as us getting their trays prior to us. My name is Holli Atkinson and this is my fifth visit. I guess I just expect more from you guys.

love the food and wine festival, but think the ravioli weren't kept at temp because me and my friend got sick. bathroom was sparkling c clean

This is our fourth visit over the years and the service isn't as perfect as it should be

Great visit. Went to one of the sit down restaurants in Japan at EPCOT and it was delicious.

went to Not So Scary.prices keep going up, crowds keep growing, but value keeps declining.getting more inefficient each visit. seems to be consensus with everyone you stand in line with.girl running goofy's barn stormer downright rude. about over it.

For the most part it was a good visit. Had a dirty bathroom stall in one restroom. When we got our icecream, ours were significantly smaller than the ones in the next line. Carousel was not being run well, and the horses were definitely overdue for a paint job and/or cleaning. Some employees were a little rude in comparison to other visits.

What we expected from Disney, character meals were a bit overpriced, especially Ohana, food selection was slim and not much variety for the same price we had a huge buffet at Hollywood and Vine which was more impressive. Overall love the cleanliness of the parks.
