Walt Disney World

Upon arriving at the Epcot ticket window to upgrade current Premium pass to the platinum I was told no as I did not have partners ID nor was he with me. They did mine but not his. Went to GS inside the park and explained it to a Cast Member..who was going to allow it in the absence of partner as GS via phone told me to take the cards we had and pay the difference-no ID req stated. I had a digital copy of his ID on my iPhone. So that made it a reality and MAGICAL as they could read all the data and match it to my physical ID too.

Food and wine.

The parks were very clean. The food and merchandise were way overpriced, but that was to be expected. Pretty crowded but had a good time.

A little too crowded. Overpriced drinks and food that are such small portions. Really a total rip off. Greedy. Mr Disney himself would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how his parks were treating the guests now.

Fun excitement friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay

Ok I could write a really detailed review but I will save it for when my vacation is over but so far I'm very disappointed with Disney. Period. Overall not worth it at all!!!! No shade what so ever! Our hotel rooms are disgusting and not to mention the "staff" have been so rude and short. Not the happiest place on earth at all!!

Jiko's food is delicious. Speed at fancy dining restaurants should be a bit quicker
