Attended Night of Joy. Disney is always a fun place. I did notice the employees did. It seem to be as happy as usual. I did not see smiles on their faces. Several seemed very short tempered. I still would award 4 stars out of 5.

Disney is always amazing.my two complaints are that several rides broke while we rode them. At least 7 times and on the Peter Pan ride, the stop was abrupt and rather uncomfortable. I've only had one rude stop in the last 3 visits then this time it was several different rides. Other complaint is the bus system. Too many people crammed on buses and kids can't reach anything to hold onto. Bus for a of a picked us up at AK and all seats were filled with a lot of people standing. Left and made another stop at blizzard beach to load 30+ people. Everyone was uncomfortable and squished and the bus driver yelled we were loading ten more or we weren't moving. Incredibly rude and uncalled for. Princesses are always amazing. Staff at Cinderella's royal table first class although our 5:20 pm reservation meant no princesses until 6:20 and a man who worked there rushed them by us so we would leave quicker. Photography staff all were incredible and one even took our book to have Belle make an exception to sign it- above and beyond.everyone in the stores were nice, just an overall great experience!

Great experience as always. Unfortunately we went on a night that they closed at 7 and we arrived at 6.

We had to wait a long time for the bus. Our friend said it was because were staying in value resort

Too many changes at once. So many things closed for renovation at one time bad and parking is ridiculous
