the bathrooms definitely could of been kept up better. also the price for water is ridiculous. i live in orlando and if Disney lowered its prices I would go more often.

We visit WDW all year long as passholders. This visit was different, Magic Kingdom was dirty, bathrooms nasty, smelled bad near restaurant area (smelled like garbage cans were full). Not our usual experience or what we've grown to expect from a Disney property.

The handicap accessibility to Magic Kingdom is horrible. If you have someone in a wheelchair you have a long way to walk to get to the entrance because the bus trolley does not stop at the handicap section. That's ridiculous!!!

The fastpass situation is HORRIBLE. I was expecting better fastpass service than in California. The whole point is to not spend a long time in line, just as it is in Disneyland (California), yet in California we never wait in line when we have a fastpass. Here, in Florida, we do wait in line even though we have a fastpass. Ridiculous. I expected more. Fastpass people should have priority. True disappointment. I get that you want to use the magic band and have us use the app, but seriously, it appears to me that there are many kinks left to figure out. The app also has too many options and takes forever to load. There are many things I see that need improvement.
