Good service

Food and drinks are like fast food but expensive

Stayed at two resorts during our visit to Disney. The first was All Star Sports and did not like the humming noise outside our room we were given. Close to transportation , but it was not easily accessible and at one time someone was smoking near the buildings towards the transportation area. The room for All Stars sports was somewhat dirty in terms of human hair on the toilet and on the phone upon check in. I had cleaned it to make sure because it had dust on the top of the lid as well. Loved the look of the Art of Animation Resort, very fun and inviting. However, much farther from transportation than I had hoped. I was able to get an early check in, which was great! The room was clean, fully stocked and cleaned up after us very well too. Provided extra towels as requested. Close to the Cozy cone pool and the lifeguards there were constantly watching us which made me feel safe, even though I am constantly watching my son as well. Loved their diligence of keeping the kids safe with having two lifeguards. The room at ART PF animation dropped my calls several times when trying to call to check up on my dog which was staying at Best friends Resort at Disney. It would show "No Service". Our magicbands would not work for us to get into our room several times to the point we had to go to the front desk to get this fixed. Mine ended up working, but we had to leave my husbands magicband behind overnight for them to fix the problem. Which was frustrating because the only one that worked the whole time was my sons. So we needed to make sure to have him or his band with us at all times if one of us left our room. Very frustrating that the magicbands worked then all of a sudden stopped and my husband ended up being stuck outside in the rain because of the side entrance from the parking lot was not allowing him in. He had to walk all the way around. Would like if someone from bellhop could allow for a cart to be dropped off at our door instead of having a bellhop come to help us

I still prefer Disneyland or World but was in town for a convention. Thank you for the special convention tickets, made it possible to enjoy the parks after my events. I was pleasantly surprised at how good all the food was at the parks, I would go as far as saying it was better than Disneyland's food. Better options, and the price wasn't as high as I had expected it to be.

The barbecue restaurant by the tree at Animal kingdom is fantastic. I love the inside of the Starbucks as well. Unfortunately it was so hot that day that all the animals were hiding to cool off. Don't blame them for that!

Always lovely

We were at Hollywood studios and the lines were so long. I rode two rides in the whole day. I guess I only missed one other ride. Not much to do.
