Need more cool down spots in line when waiting for a ride

Overall it was a great time. Loved the Wilderness Lodge, the amenities and the environment. Our room however was in a noisy area, kept hearing the horn of the Disney boats throughout the night and early morning.

quality of food was terrible, especially for the price. WDW needs a system like Universal Studios for souvenir cup refills.

Love WDW! This trip we encountered some less than friendly Cast Members but most were very helpful and friendly. The restrooms next to Splash Mountain needed attention late in the day.
