Wonderful resort but upon check in they said that they upgraded our room. We did not want that type of room and wanted the room I had paid for. It was not available. No type of compensation was offered. NOT happy! Our idea of an upgrade does not equal their idea of an upgrade. Stop overbooking the rooms and ask before relegating a family to a room they do not want.

Food cost was high and the staff was not has nice has the use to be

Food items are unique, but sometimes too exotic for kids. Would like more options or either return to the basics

The staff was good but not as energetic or happy in roles as in times before. The lines weren't too long. The wifi is horrible and I had issues with app the whole time. It was clean. They need to offer more women's comfy clothes in Hollywood studios. I needed a pair of shorts and could not find one pair. Your souvenir cups should be made equal so they are allowed on all rides. A new employee would not let me use ours on Star Wars. We had to throw our drink away??. All over though, pretty good experience. Hated the long wait for a boat when the monorail closed.

First experience, some good and some weren't so amazing but all in all good experience

Disney runs a very tight ship with getting guests in and out of the park. Very clean park and nice staff.

Very expensive

Rose and crown pub has great food.
