Magic band training needed at hotel check in! Couldn't find ours, gave us new ones, 2 out of the 3 worked. Then took 20 min to get the third one to work....hotel forgot to deactivate the ones they couldn't find.

Wish a staff member would have helped us search for a hat that we were looking for so we soul have found out it was discontinued before running allowed the park

I've read all the books about the Disney way and expectations were high. We were satisfied with our visit. Other than the heat of course. But they made it rain and served us ice cream. Happy kids =happy parents!
