Some of the staff members were very friendly and bubbly. While others that worked with merchandise and the shuttles were extremely rude. As well as some of the other guests that made my stay not so enjoyable. The new fast passes were cool, but they weren't available most of the time, so we were stuck waiting for so long.

New FastPass system is bery hard to manuever and make plans around. Liked the old way better, also very hard to get sit down reservations
