I visit Disney quite often and this was the first time I felt like cleanliness in some of the places we ate were less than ideal. Very dirty. Some of the staff in certain situations were not very pleasant and my biggest issue was with the final day. I had a 3 day park hopper I was using back in September. I ended up only using two of these days because I wasn't delivered my luggage until after 2pm and didn't want to waste a day if I could use it another time. I was unaware you had to let someone know you didn't use it, not sure how your supposed to know that, I thought it would carry over to this trip. When I went to guest relations because my ticket wasn't working the cast member was not empathetic, did not care, told me I should read my paperwork better. It was extremely upsetting that she didn't even try to explain why I couldn't use it in a caring matter. I was just told I needed to buy a new ticket, and if I couldn't use my ticket last time I should have known to go to guest relations and let them know because the paperwork tells me they expire in 14 days. What paperwork?? All I got was a box with bands and a packet of magic express luggage tags. While I understand somewhere along the lines I didn't read every piece of fine print to know that, it would have been nice to be told in a more empathetic way and explained in a more friendly manner. It really put a damper on the beginning of what I had hoped would be a special day at the park.

This is my 11th time coming to disney world. I have to say that usually every cast member that you come in contact with is extremely friendly. This is my first encounter with staff members who seemed like they were being bothered by my questions. Very disappointing!
