I was a little disappointed compared to previous visits. The cast members were not particularly helpful. Maybe it was because everyone was frozen solid. Record cold temps.

Love the magical experience but disappointed that they find. ew ways to nickel and dime you. no longer do you pay for a refillable mug for your stay it is tiered based on the number of days you are here.

Great place, love to visit but sooooo busy all the time, never a good time to go anymore

I think you should be able to add fast passes from your phone using the app after you used the first three passes. Finding a FP station is a pain. I think they need to have more outdoor heaters on cold days and not spray so much water toward the crowds during Fantasmic. I also think that every reservation should require a non refundable deposit so that the restaurant reservations are only taken by people who truly plan to eat there. The cost of the onsite hotels is ridiculous. We finally had enough and stayed at Marriott Grand Vista and were very happy.

Was very long waits and lots of rides where broken.

This is the most disappointing trip to Disney I have ever had. And we have been here at least 12 times. We stayed at Pop Century, where we have always stayed since it was built. The room was fine. However, the food court had a lot of issues. The ice wasn't working in at least 2 to 3 pop machines every day. At least one ketchup/mayo stations were broke every day. The straws were constantly out. The team members behind the food were very friendly. The cashiers, did not have the Disney personality that I thought they were supposed to have. The last thing I will talk about is the bus transportation. Pop Century is one of the most popular hotels yet we had to wait up to 45 minutes at least twice for a bus to arrive. The bus driver on one of them said a bus was supposed to come every 20 minutes, but how could that be when it takes at least 15 minutes to get from magic kingdom to pop century and he was the same bus driver that had made the previous trip. We had to wait for the next bus, and he was it. I can't believe that at 5pm there was only one bus running. Ridiculous. Don't advertise the convenience of Disney transportation when it is not convenient.

The crane has been by the castle for years now! When will it be done? Main areas blocked off in front of castle, disappointing to not be able to see and photograph everything I had hoped to. The variety of clothing was limited, also.
