We are in Mexico and were extremely disappointed with the staff. The food was mediocre. Price was to high for portion and quality. It was a shame especially because we were celebrating a birthday.

Disney is wonderful, but it is so miserably crowded. We have annual passes so we weren't overly affected, but I feel very sorry for families who save for years to come and only ride 3-4 rides all day.

Biergarten lunch buffet was not overly fresh and most of the meats were tough.

Super crowded and didn't have a lot of fast pass selections left. Shame for people who live locally and can't get fast pass during busy times because they plan their trips last minute.

The fast pass needs to be better explained as I lost several important reservations. People need to know that you can only reserve three at a time and only at the same park for the same day even if you have a pass hopper. Although I think the concept is great I think you need to revamp the way you're doing it as it is not as good of an experience for the user as it used to be with paper tickets. Although I love being able to use my phone it's just not set up and made clear on how to use it and what the rules areI am receiving this survey mid-vacation
