Animal kingdom is a lot of fun

Not all waiters were overly friendly at the different parks restaurants.

A few glitches to be worked out in the Peter Pan ride. They need to install fans or something because it was dangerously hot. Otherwise a good time.

We had a great day until trying to leave during the Frozen fireworks. We had rented two electric wheelchairs and we had to get them through a mass of people and all the way around back to the return booth. My grandmother can barely see at night so she had to walk through this ordeal while I drove her wheelchair. Also, the employees were extremely rude as they yelled at us to keep moving even though it was nearly impossible. Exiting the park was definitely less than magical.

The Fast Pass system is an epic fail. We were last here in 2010, and the way the Fast Pass system runs now is frustrating and ineffective. The lines also seem disorganized now. This was not our best Disney experience.

I've been many times but that I believe was the worst

I work there.

We were at the Magic Kingdom on Saturday evening 12/12 & the crowd management was exceedingly poor. We go to Disney World every 1-2 months, and this was far below the standard we have come to expect. Highly disappointing.

Disney is a great place to go but some of the employees are not nice

People not as friendly or helpful. I've barreled my fast pass for 2 days & have gotten the run around. Gluten free food is not adequate at all
