Some parts were fantastic and others were horrible. Got hung up on by Disney dining. But Terri at Coronado springs bus stop was amazing and probably one of the friendliest people we have ever met. Be our guest was terrible. The food. The wait. The service. Everything. Will not go back to be our guest

Mold on the bathroom wall of my apartment and the box spring on the bed had collapsed

Stayed at the beach club resort, tables had dust covering it. Looks dated, staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing at the front desk
