I thought in the past - U didn't have to bring the towels from your room to the pool.. But now you do yet you can return them by the pool. This means you don't have an adequate amount of towels in your room. This doesn't seem to be an efficient nor convenient process. To me that means that the workers have to go to individual rooms to bring towels to the guests that brought their room towels to the pool.

Simply not the quality I expect from Disney. Many disappointing experiences on this, my 3rd, trip to Disney. Rude cast members and a complete disregard for their role. Many act as though Disney is for them rather than for the customer.

I got a funnel cake at Oasis Canteen. This was the nastiest, least satisfying, most expensive, least like a "funnel cake" funnel cake. It was way overlooked, almost burned, crunchy, and had absolutely no flavor. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place!

Eh, I feel like it's mostly for kids. And supposedly (in the future ) people who love Frozen. I hated Frozen.

I am constantly in Awe that they don't require better "customer service" and simple customer recognition from their staff. They need to get trained at Chick fil a on customer appreciation!
