TCM ruined the Great Movie Ride!

Seems like every year we come back, going on 22 years, the food gets more expensive and poor quality and quantity. Is Disney World lowering their standards?

We rented a wheel chair as I have medical condition and have trouble walking when we were leaving Epcot to go to Hollywood Studios the cast member at gate as we were leaving said we could not take wheelchair on Disney transportation and I would need to walk and get a wheelchair at next park. When asked if they had courtesy wheelchairs to take outside park, cast member turned and looked and said no. Finally they said we could take down ramp to get on boat but would have to leave it on dock. When boarding the boat we were told 2 more times we have to leave wheelchair which we were more than aware of already. My question to Disney is you make people who have trouble walking and medical issues to walk because they didn't have courtesy wheelchairs available. But when we got to Hollywood Studios we saw several Magic Kingdom wheelchairs in parking lot so other people were able to bring other park wheelchairs to Hollywood Studios. Disney is known for outstanding customer service but what I experienced was far from outstanding. Disney needs to look into their policies for guests renting wheelchairs because it was very hard and painful for me to walk from boat dock to front of park.

Cheapest toilet paper there ever! What's with the one ply stuff? We've gone to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for 20 years now and this year was the first that they didn't make it "snow" on Main Street.

Disney world is amazing. However I believe that there is one fault. Once they get close to one of the many parades. There is zero access through the crowd. They need some sort of of route to get around that. It's miserable.

Where should I start. 1. First went to the Tower of Terror and our fast pass expired, we asked her if we could go since it was a matter of minutes and the staff said no, 2 Xtra people wouldn't matter. We were completely surprised for the willingness of accommodate 2. The employee inside the little Mermaid did not have much energy when talking 3. The Aerosmith ride the girl was so overwhelmed that was not paying attention and didn't even look at my gf when she was trying to exit the ride. No supervisor available 3. Before we left we decided to go the big store to buy a tote, the employee did not even reply to our salutation ( simple hi how are u). I show him our pass holder card to get discount and he rudely grabbed the car from our hand, he seemed annoyed by the amount of customer( for a moment we though we were at Universal). We are very disappointed, didn't felt as been at Disney. We go there to forget about our daily lives not to encounter rudeness and lack of enthusiasm and energy, I get that every day at work. Last but not least, it is very dias disappointed that Disney Corp continues to close rides to get new ones, there is plenty of space to build not necessary to tear apart great rides. Hollywood studios now is a place for small girls that wants to see their princess stories. Seems they need to re think about the plan

Yesterday was my wife's birthday and o went to 2 expensive restaurants at Epcot. 1. The coral reef restaurant 2. Les Chefs in Paris. Both restaurants were notified of my wife's birthday and while the coral reef made an effort to recognize it for her the Chefs restaurant waiter and staff were absolutely horrible. We sat there for over an hour with people's birthdays being recognized about 7 or 8 times however nothing was done for my wife. I was so angry I left a minuscule tip in retaliation for the slight. Before that I went to the bathroom before we were seated by the hostess and when I came out my wife was gone which they seated her already and after going to the hostess & 2 other people all of which seemed to only speak French and seemed totally lost it was a good five minutes before they could even seat me. Very bad experience overall due to the horrible staff in my opinion. Lobster bisque was lacking, bread seemed stale, polenta prepared badly, braised short ribs under cooked, chocolate mouse was ok Always wanted to go to that restaurant and at this point sorry I did

the Allstars resort was dirt, it was out dated. It had huge lines for buses. I will never stay here again. The Liberty Tavern at Walt Disney was awful. we found hair in our food. Services were slow and people were rude.

It took three hours to get out of magic kingdom. The monorails were not all working and most people had to walk to ticket and transportation
