Needs better maintance Food expensive

too crowded,parade ,pirates broke down,mom said restroom were dirty

I expected my visit to be just as amazing as it looks in pictures. I was very disappointed. All we did was walk around in circles. There was no concession stands, I couldn't find any of the rides, and no one was around to help. I wasted my money at the magic kingdom. I will not be returning.

Park was SO. DIRTY. garbage all over the ground. Restrooms were disgusting; trash cans over flowing and clogged toilets. Overflowing feminine product receptacles. Disappointed in party promising certain photo ops and then not having them. Disability assistance for rides is still broken, can't connect or takes 10x as long

I don't understand how my child was measured tall enough for one attraction and then too short for another with the height requirement. Also if the cm says the child is tall enough at the first height check how can he be too short by the second stop at the same attraction. Everyone needs to get on the same page. This is heart breaking for a small child.

The place needs a facelift

Hi my name is Alan Santiago, please feel free to call me (954)775-6656. As a pass holder I frequent the park and always have an excellent experience. This weekend was not the case. I will be back for sure and hope to see some improvements. The facility's need major cleaning. Take Soren for example, look up as you walk through the lines. The ceiling and walls were disgustingly dusty. The staff through out Epcot and magic kingdom looked miserable and over worked, very unhappy. Food as always was delicious. The staffing for the food and wine booths was horrible. The line set up for all the food and wine booths was also horrendous. You had 3-4 cashiers and 1 food runner. The line to order went super quick and then the food pick up took forever and was so clustered none of the staff knew what to do. Orders were not being handed out in the order in which they were taken. So far it has not been a pleasant birthday weekend... I chose to spend my birthday here because of the magical experience. I feel like somehow the magic has been lost...

Astonishing amount of garbage present in parking lot, on trams, around park & in rides. I don't know if they cut back on staff but it sure seems like something is wrong. Food quality in restaurants especially Epcot's Italy & Mexico restaurants was extremely poor. Very oily & tasteless in Italy & burnt & tasteless in Mexico. This has been the worst state I have ever seen the Disney parks in having gone yearly since I was a kid for 30 years. I'd expect the quality to improve rather than deteriorate. Many rides are desperately in need of updating or at the very least restoration. Space mountain alone had numerous holes in drywall and exposed metal corner beading in the waiting lines. This is not the Disney it used to be
