I came for lunch at abc commissary and after getting my food I had to wait 5 minutes for a seat to open up

Too many rides not working and escalator on one ride was broken.

Ride lines where way to long. Wait time should not be 90 plus minutes for a single ride when the price of a ticket is right at $100 per person. I find that unacceptable. The castle was also under construction and was not mentioned when we bought our ticket very disappointed with Disney not disclosing that.

Prices are outrageous for outdated facilities and rides. The staff at the hotels were just rude. Not interested in coming back with the kids for the price of everything.

Disappointed that a lot of construction was going on and many rides were closed.

Price to high employees not as nice as before being back employee that used to work for you before they seemed more like what you expect from Disney

I was very dissatisfied with the marketplace I am an amputee and the parking is horrible! They have everything torn up and no accommodations for disabled unless you pay for a taxi what happened to Ada for people with disabilities!

We went to the rainforest cafe. Online it states the restaurant is open until 10:35. We arrived at 10:20 and they said they are closed and not seating. Downtown Disney was open till 11pm. I imagine that they were supposed to stop seating at 10:35 so the end of service would be at 11pm. I parked and walked though the whole area bc they are at the end just to find out they closed early. We then walked all the way back to the car to goto chilies. I have a picky eater.

Very long lines, to busy, expensive food

Fine but block out dates should not exist for Disney cast members. We could not go to certain places because it was blocked out.
