Walt Disney World

Very disappointed in the staff attitudes, and a character was actually rude to my little guy who was heartbroken. Disney has really gone down hill. I bet Mr. Walt Disney would be disappointed.

Downtown Disney is ridiculously crowded. Miserable.

Disney Port Orleans Riverside: 1. Checked in at 1:19 pm ET done checking out - didn't notify that battery on room door non functional. Also said that we received room txt msg even though we didn't receive it! 2. Came up to room and couldn't MagicBand in. Found runner at 1:35pm on the floor and she couldn't get into room and she called front desk and explained situation that battery was dead and that manual key needed to enter room and maintenance needed to replace battery. 3. 15 minutes later at 1:50 pm ET Hispanic front desk worker arrived without hard manual key and couldn't get us into 1444. Man was unapologetic and didn't have a solution to our problem. If you knew battery was broken, why didn't he have a hard key??? Room next door was left open by the runner. So we took it. In retrospect that might have not been bests decision but my 2 year old baby was overheating in the outdoor cooridoors. 4. 2:00 pm orders bedrail (not delivered till 3:00 pm!!) and My wife calls to speak to manager who proceeds to tell her that she shouldn't have taken 1443. 5. 3:01 pm ET- Bed rail delivered, called at 2:00 pm. My baby was already asleep and it startled her and she couldn't use the bedrail. 6. My wife can't take a nap before our 6pm pirates and pals because she's stressed about the entire situation!!! 7. Front desk and manager kept putting priority on Lynn Fleury in 1445 which Danielle confirmed was not there. They then retracted that statement and said Fleurys were moved somewhere else. That should have been low pri but they kept making it hi pri. 8. Security Post - didn't validate our MagicBand - they just did a quick visual and let us pass. What if I had brought a MagicBand from last year?!?! My wife had to take matters into her own hands for the safety and well being of our child.

Coranodo springs is the WORST hotel ever! Put CONVENTION in the website!

Animals were put up at 5 and wasn't told about it, got passed up by a bunch of people before being seated at restaurant

By far, the worst disney trip ever. Incredibly rude staff. Unorganized.
