Best place in world

We had an amazing time at DisneyWorld!! The facilities were tons of fun, clean, and the employees were terrific! So friendly and accommodating! Disney is a class act!

our room had a roach and drain flies , we were yelled at by a disney cast member when we wanted to wait for the next bus bc there was standing room only and we had an infant we ha to hold and we did not feel it was very safe , he specifically said we were not guaranteed a seat which was ok but with an infant we did not feel that was a safe option but had to board the bus anyway

Long lines but it was worth it

Great place

Always enjoy the parks. Wish food prices were more reasonable but that is why I like the dining plan.

Growing up around Disney, I see how things change throughout the years. We've had two unfortunate experiences this trip with people and lack of customer service.

We will return.
