Very happy with cast members at Epcot! The American Adventure especially has outstanding cast members--Robin, Ashley and Aracelly were very helpful and kind!

Service is always friendly. Food is okay but it is improving. Like the more plentiful "healthy options" that can be found.

It was a wonderful experience. Any problems were quickly addressed. Everyone went above and beyond what we expected. The room was cold and comfortable. The parks were obviously hot outside but indoors were all cool AC. Was glad to have free bus access. Saved us on gas. Would definitely come here again for another vacation. Our whole family had so much fun!!!

We have been wanting to go to Disney for a long time and it was finally possible. Kids have had a fantastic time doing meet and greets and going to shows. I wish it wasn't as costly as it is, but still happy all the same.
