We did counter service for food. Some items like the new Lobster Roll was yummy but the roll was stale and hard and we don't care for the chips. You should choose a side for the price. At Caseys, the same was true of the hot dog bun. I was dry and fell apart and the fries were cold. We are long time annual pass holders. We love Disney. I appreciate the new menu items but you can't skimp on basics.
