I was really goibg for complimentary breakfast

On 3/31/15 during my stay, I called the front desk around 8:30 pm to see if the pool was open and where it was located. The lady at the front desk advised that it closes at 10 pm. Upon walking down to the pool, I discovered all the gates were shut and locked with padlocks. No lights on either. I was extremely saddened and frustrated. Other than this, stay was great. Valet gents are extremely nice and friendly!!!
