InterContinental Hotel

The beds are only full size and were not comfortable at all. The staff were very friendly.

I was just visiting a friend who was in from out of town and we had drinks at the hotel bar. It was nice and the service was good.

Poor food and over priced

Hotel was nice enough. We were updated to the club level since we are platinum members, but the room was very plain. I had to ask them to bring a key to the mini bar. The most frustrating thing was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Also no vending machines in the hotel at all so after the gift shop closed your only option was room service or to leave the hotel. Or pay $5 for a candy bar from the mini bar. The free breakfast in the club lounge was better than expected for continental breakfast, but still nothing hot was available. All in all it just wasn't what we would hope for from a supposedly top level IHG hotel. Could've had a similar experience at a Holiday Inn.

The rooms were very cramped, and the bathroom was terrible. Our toilet wouldn't flush. We were super impressed with the wait staff in the hotel restaurant---they were outstanding!!!
