Needs to be cleaner! Floors were really dirty! I also had to go all the way from the 3rd floor where my room was to the lobby for ice! Shouldn't have to do that! And the heater in our room set off the smoke alarm in our room! So definitely needs to be addressed! And the price listed on the room for a king size bed should be the same as for a double queen! It was less than the double queen which isn't fair for a family of four who needs 2 beds! Also the toilet in our room made noise all night long!

Friendly staff

Very unclean rooms, elevators, and floors. I accidentally spilled a half gallon of milk and it sprayed everywhere in the elevator and the next day it was still there!!! I even informed them and they stated they would call housekeeping immediately to clean up. A little later, my child dropped and spilled a soft drink in the bathroom on the floor. Still there to this moment. Pillows had sweat stains on them, carpets not vacuumed.
