games were out of tickets and service, food was delivered cold, salad bar was always out of lettuce and staff was rude when asked to replace.

We had loads of fun!! Thank you!

We love the Tyler location! We had a great time! When we arrived the attendant was very warm and friendly. When we went to the counter to order a woman finished her transaction and told us we she would get Darren or Darryl to come help us. He walked out and went to help people at the prize counter. We stood for 5 minutes without any other attendant coming to help. Overall, we had a fabulous time.

My grandkids love Chuck E Cheese!

Staff was friendly. Attended my nephews b-day party. He and all the kids had a great time.
