Scheduled me kids party for 5:30pm the staff didnt have the table set up until after 7pm. Had to change party planners, and finally got the run down of things. Messed up pizza order. Drinks were watered down before they were served. Food was greasy and disgusting. Staff was scatter brained and unorganized. Was pleased that they took full responsibility and paid for the party. But will NEVER have a party there AGAIN!!!!
