this was my fourth time here. When I arrived to my room I found missing items on the minibar. The 6 elevators are not enough for the demand on the world tower. Long waiting time.

The SLS is a great hotel. Thought the black hallways leading to my room felt a little creepy and cloister phobic but the room was great and service excellent.
