I come here often. However we decided to eat at the buffet this time. It was hardly a pleasant experience. Staff looked miserable, not welcoming, and not very friendly. We spent over $40 to eat in an atmosphere where no one even smiled?! I'm sure for that kind of money for two people we could have went elsewhere and gotten a better experience. After seated, I look at the floor staff to see if anyone was smiling-NOPE! I used to be a server for many years so maybe I just noticed this type of thing. All the food prep people seemed much happier- and I even told one of the guys making pasta it was nice to see a smile! So, maybe it's just a floor management problem? Regardless I am in no hurry to revisit the buffet....

The blond girl w/glasses & pony tail in Club Velvet did not bring back the water I requested. The cashier Malaysia at the Buffet had an attitude
