When I first walked in, the front desk was unattended. I waited a minute or so and said "Hello..." And got no response. I went and knocked on the door labeled "Staff" and got no answer. When I walked back to the Frontdesk a young lady was there.

Manager on duty disappeared and I had to wait in lobby for 10-15 min to be checked in.
