Wonderful hotel! Superb location for anyone wanting to be close to all the attractions in New York. The hotel atmosphere was great too - especially at Christmastime! I will definitely be staying here again!

Only 1 elevator of 4 was working for the group of floors where we stayed and that made it very difficult to catch the elevator and do things in a timely manner
