Gun lake needs more new slots and updates. I never win there anymore either like I did when it opened. They are obviously no paying out anymore. I will not be back

Rewards program suck, skits too tight, no comp offers

I felt slighted, they had drawings for "invitation only V.I.P.'s", which means; I'm not a valued customer, even though their records will show I stop in often, maybe too often. I get emails addressed to Cynthia, when my name is Joe and I'm male. Plus, Cynthia gets better offers and rewards than I do. Additionally, if you spend $2500, you get a whole $5 in free slot play. Yippee!!!

Ate dinner there it took 90 minutes to get our food. The place was very smokey and people were rude

I don't like their sloth play promo, I have to spend $2500 to get $5 in slot play, four Winds used to mix it up five one visit, not week. $10 the next 29, 25, it varied and it worked I keep going back there
