The ladies at the front desk made me feel comfortable immediately. They were polite and welcoming. My questions were answered in a polite manner and I didn’t feel like I was disturbing them. To top it off Kristen gave me an awesome massage!! She new just how to address all the areas that give me trouble. I will be back!

Receptionist quietly and very privately explained reason for slight delay was that previous client had a disability which required that she take more time leaving esthetician’s room. I was not on a tight schedule but appreciated the explanation....

Front desk office staff were wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the services and membership to me. Jane was absolutely fantastic! So warm and really made my skin glow with the sensitive free products she used. I had a terrible irritation on my face and I was so happy with the results. Dan gave me a wonderful massage. I felt like a million bucks afterwards. Again, he was very warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I wish this location was in my hometown (New York). Will be back.

Shani is amazing. She is knowledgeable, friendly, excellent with pressure and knows how to relieve knots and stresss. She is always on point with her massages. Best talent you have on staff!!

This is 2nd time coming to the PBG spa. Everything was wonderful the first visit having Kevin as my massage therapist. He was amazing, and now I will go him every 3-4 weeks. I get an 80 minute either hot stone or salt massage. He truly is an amazing massage therapists!
