Hand and Stone

The ladies at the reception were so nice, even rescheduled my appointment on the spot because I had run into an acquaintance in the parking lot whose car didn't start, so I could help her and still get my massage. Heather was very pleasant and always concerned to apply the right pressure in the areas I had asked her to focus on.

The reception person was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was offered a couple different types of water at least 3 times. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable.

The massage therapist, Kay was wonderful. She has strong hands and had no problem finding my trouble areas. Kay was very pleasant and friendly. I just dropped in at my local Hand & Stone without an appointment, I was so pleasantly surprised they could get me in right then. Everyone at my Hand & Stone is very nice and friendly, I never feel rushed.

In Hand And Stone the facials are very satisfying and relaxing. Very nknowledgeable in skin.
